The framerate is correct here, unlike other releases which has 29.97 fps throughout the whole thing (Except one section where there's supposed to be 29.97 fps) causing the video to be jerky because every 5th frame is the same as the 4th. Slightly less microblocking. This is encoded in crf (Constant quality at the expense of not getting to decide the bitrate), not cbr (Constant bitrate, at the expense of quality) which other releases are encoded in.
